Two extremly delicious drinks come out of coconuts: coconut water and coconut milk. Coconut water is typically inside the fruit, it is high in vitamins and mineral salts. Coconut milk is instead the juice obtained through the squeezing of grated coconut. The shell may be used to craft tools, bowls and ornaments.
Coconut is benefecial becasue of its content of mineral salts. It is indeed a primary source of potassium, magnesium, copper, phosphorous, zinc, copper, iron. It contains natural sugars, vegetal fibers, amino acids, vitiamins B, C, E, K. Coconut helps the digestion, it sustains the immune system, it protects the body from viruses and infections, it contributes to a regular metabolism and it keeps the weight stable. It contributes to the development of hard and healthy bones and teeth, as it increases the ability of our body to absorb calcium and magnesium.
