Ingredients
- 00 g of flour “00” (unbleached)
- 250 g of hazelnut flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Salt
Instructions
Mix the two flours in a bowl. If you manage to, pass them into a sieve. Add the sugar. On the cutting board, make a hole in the middle of the flour and put there the butter, the eggs, the yeast and a pinch of salt. Now, knead for a while until uniform. Let the dough lie on the cutting board, or in the fridge, for half an hour. Then, stretch the dough with a rolling pin until the dought is 5 mm thin. Cut the biscuits with molds and put them in the oven on a baking pan for 10 min at 180° C.
