Biscuits with almonds and chocolate Biscuits with almonds and chocolate


  • 350 g of flour
  • 80 g of almond flour
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 150 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • Almond-flavoured liquor
  • 300 g of chocolate chips



Mix the two flours in a bowl. If you manage to, pass them into a sieve. Add the eggs, butter,  sugar and the yeast. Blend the mixture and add the almond-flavoured liquor. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Make some balls, flatten them carefully with your hands and put them on a baking pan. Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 12 min.
